St Mary’s

Mary was the mother of Jesus. Mary was chosen as the name of our school as she is known for her motherly, nurturing manner when caring for Jesus her son.

In Christianity, Mary is greatly honoured and respected as the mother of God. She is known as “mother and teacher in the Spirit”. We ask Mary to help us live by faith and to recognize God’s Love in our lives.

Our school logo depicts St Mary’s Chapel, recognising as a parish community, we work together to serve God, with an ethos which promotes the dignity, self-esteem and full development of everyone.
